In this context, DNTS has implemented numerous charitable initiatives in FY2023, anchoring its commitment to three fundamental pillars: solidarity, charity, and support for research.
Christmas in Solidarity: Supporting the Red Cross and Pink Phone
Among various acts of generosity, DNTS has allocated a substantial contribution to the local branch of the Italian Red Cross, endorsing their local initiatives and fostering the well-being of the community. Additionally, the company has taken a stand against gender-based violence, providing financial support to the Pink Phone in Turin and the Anti-Violence Center of Donna Sant’Angelo in Avellino. These associations are pivotal in defending women’s rights, offering support and guidance to victims of violence, thereby reinforcing DNTS’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
Supporting Research: Commitment against cancer and rare diseases
DNTS has demonstrated a robust commitment to the fight against cancer, making generous donations to the Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphomas, and Myeloma (AIL) and the Italian Parents Union against Children’s Cancer (UGI).
Furthermore, the company has significantly contributed to the Italian Institute for Cancer Research in Candiolo, supporting oncological research in the Piedmont region. Their attention extends to research on rare diseases, with a recent donation to the Marco Pietrobono Onlus Association, dedicated to researching the cure for hereditary spastic paraparesis through the TREAT Project – SPG 11.
Attention to employees and children: Joy and Support
DNTS’s solidarity extends beyond the external community to embrace its employees and their families. Each employee, collaborator, and trainee received the traditional Christmas panettone and a bottle of sparkling wine—a gesture of gratitude and wishes for a peaceful holiday season. The company also cares for the little ones, allowing employees to choose a Christmas gift for their children and spreading joy and happiness during the festivities.
Moreover, DNTS has extended its solidarity to families in need by purchasing toys and Christmas gifts for children from local charity associations, supporting the Gallo Association, Family Home in Carmagnola, and the Sheltered Community of the Caritas Diocesan Association in Turin.
